Conduct a search for "bad" graphic design. As you search, save the images (or screencaps of the images/pages) for each category. You will need: Good design: 3 examples Bad design: 3 examples

DIRECTIONS. Using fonts/type/typography that you have access to, create a concert poster/album cover, or something music-related that you love. NOTE. Each of you are likely to have different software on different devices. You might be limited in some way, so do what you can. ...and remember, it's not always about the tools, but rather your willingness and creativity.  We will spend this week and next on this challenge.  If you choose an album cover this week, choose a concert poster next week.  Choose any genre, artist, etc. - modern or classic...even classical.  Make up tour dates, catch phrases, etc. Use photos & graphic from online, but make sure they are high resolution.  Think about the TONE and SPIRIT of the music you're advertising. Choose typography that mirrors the tone and spirit of the music.
